To close your account, You need to visit our Contact Us page. Enter your full name, registered email id and phone number and the reason why you want to close the account. Then our team will review the request and will start processing the request of closing you account.
On the User Account page, you can modify your personal information directly. You have to sign in to access this page and As email id is the username for your account to login, so you can't modify/change your email id. You can modify only full name, mobile number, password, profile image from user account page.

Except when there is a technical error by Automagic or a user is not qualified to send from Automagic's portal, Automagic does not offer refunds for unused credits. Please be aware that if you didn't use the service or forgot to cancel your plan, we can't give you a refund for any months you didn't use.
